Comment expliquer que vous êtes cœliaques à l'étranger ?

Will you please assist me in choosing a meal as I have a diet problem. I'm allergic to any food which is made with wheat, rye, oats or barley. I can't eat bread, breadcrumbs, cream or gravy with a wheat flour base, cakes, pastry, etc. But I can eat dishes made of corn or rice. Since I do enjoy unusual food and would like to try the specialties of your country, please help me to select food which I can eat while visiting here and that won't make me ill. Thank you.
